La începutul anului, câștigătorii necontestați ai crizei păreau retailerii online. Asta pentru că mai toți se lansau în estimări de creșteri la care mulți nu visau nici înainte de criză. Dar cât de realiste s‑au dovedit a fi acele previziuni?

În e‑commerce, «e» contează doar în proporție de maxim 15%. Restul este marketing, comerț și bun simț“, scria, anul trecut, pe blogul său, Mădălin Matica, reprezentantul DotCommerce în România, un integrator de plăți online. Matica pornise de la o cercetare realizată de E Invest Marketing România, una dintre primele agenții de marketing exclusiv online apărute la noi, din care reieșea că 78% dintre femei au încredere în tranzacționarea pe Internet, ceea ce înseamnă că, în cazul femeilor cel puțin, mitul conform căruia comerțul online nu este la fel de dezvoltat ca în alte țări europene din cauza insecurității unor astfel de tranzacții nu are corespondent în realitate.

Acest lucru ar putea sugera că altele sunt cauzele „subdezvoltării“ acestui tip de business. „În România există peste 1.700 de magazine online, dar maxim 100 dintre acestea sunt într‑adevăr magazine care respectă standarde minime pentru un magazin online de succes“, spune Alexandru Cîrcei, CEO Copimaj, din care face parte magazinul online liveMag.ro, care a luat trei premii la Gala Premiilor eCommerce, (festivitatea a avut loc în noiembrie anul acesta și a fost organizată de Link2 eCommerce, un site de profil – n.r.), printre care și premiul pentru cel mai bun magazin start‑up din acest sector în 2009.

CREȘTERE MODERATĂ. Explicațiile pentru un succes limitat ar fi, în opinia lui Matica, managementul de stoc defectuos, servicii de relații cu clienții proaste, servicii de curierat uneori lamentabile, neînțelegerea dorințelor cumpărătorilor și lipsa unor studii de piață clare și peste care s‑a mai adăugat o problemă care a „contaminat“ întreaga economie mondială: criza financiară.

Cu toate acestea, comerțul online este într‑o continuă creștere, tendință care se va mai menține câțiva ani buni, în condițiile în care, din peste cei 7,5 milioane de utilizatori de Internet din România (rata de penetrare fiind de 36% în 2008), doar jumătate fac achiziții online, potrivit unui studiu realizat de compania de cercetare Gemius în parteneriat cu Orange, la sfârșitul anului trecut.

In ciuda crizei, ecommerce-ul romanesc este pe val si una din putinele industrii care continua sa inregistreze cresteri. Cine sunt performerii acestei piete, care sunt etaloanele comertului online bine facut si ce pot invata antreprenorii din experienta lor?



La sfarsitul anului 2005, eMag anunta o cifra de afaceri de 10 milioane de euro. Vestea facea ocolul Internetului romanesc in timp record si declansa strigatul de lupta al multor antreprenori care, odata convinsi de potentialul retailului online, au inceput sa caute metode prin care sa-si adjudece o felie din piata.
“Never do an enemy a small injury” spunea in iulie 2006 Dragos Manac pe blogul sau, in articolul intitulat “Let’s kill eMag”. Alexandru Circei, fondatorul LiveMag.ro - cel mai premiat magazin la a patra editie a Galei Premiilor eCommerce, care a luat acasa trofeul pentru cel mai bun start-up, cel mai bun magazin de IT si premiul publicului -, recunoaste ca de aici a pornit ideea sa de a intra in eCommerce.
“LiveMag.ro s-a nascut in urma cu aproximativ trei ani, dupa ce am citit articolul lui Dragos Manac. M-au atras potentialul pietei si cifrele vehiculate in articol insa, dincolo de acestea, a fost in primul rand vorba de o provocare. Am tinut neaparat sa deschid tot un magazin online de IT&C fiindca aceasta era deja una dintre cele mai agomerate piete ale eCommerce-ului si am vrut sa vad daca pot sa imi masor fortele cu aceasta provocare.
Spre deosebire de ceilalti antreprenori, care s-au grabit sa intre in lupta si sa concureze eMag cu ce instrumente aveau la indemana, Circei si-a pregatit vreme de doi ani intrarea in arena. “Primul lucru pe care l-am facut a fost sa studiez piata. Ingredientul fara de care nu ar fi putut castiga
Pentru a avea succes cu un magazin online trebuie sa intelegi perfect comportamentul vizitatorilor si sa le oferi suport pentru a facilita procesul de achizitionare”, crede Circei. De aceea liveMag.ro si-a concentrat eforturile pe minimizarea eforturilor de cumparare si pe oferirea de consultanta si suportul live in site, intermediat prin serviciul de live chat. In plus, membrii echipei sunt prezenti si in retelele sociale din care fac parte consumatorii lor pentru a castiga credibilitate si a fi mereu in contact cu acestia.
“In acest moment clientii sunt foarte atenti la serviciile oferite de un magazin online si de aceea folosim instrumente cum ar fi blogul sau retelele sociale pentru a le oferi informatii in legatura cu noi si pentru a primi feedback care ne ajuta sa ne imbunatatim permanent serviciile.
Tot pentru a imbunatati experienta utilizatorului am inovat si procesul de cumparare si am redus pasii acestuia la un minim de 3 clickuri. ”

Ar intra abia acum in eCommerce?
"Desigur, piata de eCommerce din Romania este abia la inceput. Putine magazine online sunt intr-adevar bine puse la punct din toate punctele de vedere si se gandesc la clienti sau la usurinta cu care acestia finalizeaza procesul de comanda.

Valoarea pietei de eCommerce din Marea Britanie in 2008 a fost de 18,5 miliarde de euro, iar in Romania avem o piata in valoare de aproximativ 250 mil de euro, asa ca eCommerce-ul din Romania este abia la inceput. In viitor cea mai mare parte din comertul cu amanuntul va fi online datorita facilitatilor oferite de acest mediu. "

Cel mai bun magazin Start-Up in eCommerce la gala GPEC 2009

Juriul a fost format din specialisti din mediul online romanesc si cumparatori obisnuiti care au decis sa rasplateasca liveMag.ro.

liveMag.ro a inceput pe 25 martie 2009, atunci cand s-a lansat cu campania "Cel mai slab magazin online",nominalizata la GPeC 2009 pentru cea mai buna campanie a unui magazin online. Inca de atunci ne-am intampinat clientii cu servicii inovatoare si am redus pasii procesului de cumparare la un minim de 3 clickuri.

Pentru liveMag.ro tinem sa multumim echipei Copimaj Interactive pentru partea de frontend (design si usability) iar pentru backend echipei care a dezvoltat platforma Live2c, implementata pe magazinul liveMag.ro.

Echipa liveMag.ro multumeste clientilor cu aceasta ocazie si promite sa nu le dezamageasca asteptarile livrand in continuare solutii de calitate intr-un timp cat mai scurt si sa inoveze in permanenta magazinul pentru a veni in beneficiul clientului final si a imbunatati ecommerce-ul din Romania.

Nu in ultimul rand multumim organizatorilor GPeC pentru obiectivitatea de care au dat dovada la jurizare si faptului ca au facut posibil acest eveniment dar si specialistilor din online-ul romanesc care au colaborat aducandu-si aportul prin know-how si feedback-ul lor.
